2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of products made on auraxhome.shop by consumers (individuals acting for personal, non-commercial purposes). By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products

Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.

Delivery costs are shown clearly before final checkout confirmation.

5. Ordering

Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. An order confirmation email will be sent automatically. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where we suspect fraud or where a previous payment dispute exists.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are secured by Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We never store or access your full card details.

7. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 10–18 business days

These are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (customs, carrier delays, etc.). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

8. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel, contact us at contact@auraxhome.shop. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

9. Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described

If your product does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Operations Ltd's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the product.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disaster, pandemic, strike or government action).

If we are unable to resolve the dispute, you may refer to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Details of approved providers are available at gov.uk/find-an-ombudsman.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under local law.
