At AuraxHome, we want you to have enough time to properly test your product. That's why we offer a full 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product if you're not satisfied — for any reason whatsoever.
Send it back
We'll provide the return address. Pack the product carefully — ideally in its original packaging.
Get refunded
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

- Product in its original condition (not damaged through misuse)
- Original packaging ideally retained
Faulty or damaged products
If your product arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover all return postage costs and offer you the choice of:
- A free replacement sent at no extra cost
- A full refund including original delivery charges
Return postage costs
For change-of-mind returns (not due to a fault or error on our part), return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Statutory Right to Cancel
In addition to our 30-day commercial guarantee, you also benefit from the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
