Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, offer you:

A full refund

For deliveries within the UK, no additional customs duties apply. For deliveries to the EU, local import duties or VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations — these are the responsibility of the recipient. AuraxHome is not liable for any such additional charges.
